Project Title: Single-Nucleus transcriptome database

Project Summary: We need to build a searchable database for individual genes expressed in individual neurons of adult C. elegans. We have the data, but we need to build a searchable database for easy public access to the data.

Student Roles and Responsibilities: The students will check in twice weekly with team to check progress of the programming of the database

Additional Considerations: Start and end dates are flexible, but the student should be available 20-35 hr/week
